The Raymond mill adopts the advanced structure of similar products at home and abroad, and is updated and improved on the basis of Raymond mills in the same industry. This equipment is suitable for grinding and processing non-flammable and explosive materials with a grinding hardness of less than 7 and a humidity of less than 6%; the particle size of the finished product can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 80-800 mesh.
The whole structure of Raymond mill is composed of main machine, analyzer, pipeline device, blower, cyclone separator, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric control motor, etc. Among them, the main engine of Raymond mill is composed of frame, inlet volute, blade, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover and motor.
When working, the crushed material is fed into the machine from the feeding hopper on the side of the machine cover, and the grinding roller device suspended on the plum blossom frame of the main machine revolves around the vertical axis while rotating itself. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outwards and tightly presses on the grinding ring, so that the shovel blade scoops up the material and sends it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the material is crushed due to the rolling of the grinding roller.
